Though not fully aware of just how powerful and special Lucius was, The UIWL board recognized his unusual value and allowed him to bypass typical protocol.
President and CEO, eLK, was aporetic of this, leaving him with a distrust of Lucius that would never yield; quite the opposite, in fact.
